It is easier to blame the workers than the executive or managing board. In France and in Germany they (managers, who ruined their companies because of their incompetence, get on quitting their job substantial sum of money (stock options etc..) - "gold parachutes". See the story with "Soci茅t茅 G茅n茅rale". The responsible manager did not quit. The bank lost billions and he does not feel responsible. I mean it is his job to look after his employees and to check if they work correctly. One cannot only blame the rogue trader.
This was just an example.
The workers and the shareholders are always the victims and no one cares. I guess we have to accept it ...Why does a company in financial crisis blame employees instead of themselves?
Because their is no "themselves", think about it, a Corporation is nothing more than a building or two, a business model, and the people who work there! You want to blame the building?
Businesses almost always succeed or fail based on how thoroughly everyone "on the team" buys into what they are doing. The most expensive (and least reliable!) component of ANY business is typically its employees...
