The same time all the Euro-cultures do, if they ever will. Huge hordes of excess labor in and from grossly overpopulating cultures have again undercut wages so much it is again throwing most of the world into economic depression.

Hordes of overpopulating excess labor, particularly my Irish relatives, swamped the world with excess people throughout the 19th century. Around the beginning of the 20th century the strain began to break everything. Resource access at that level of technology was overwhelmed, industrial economies were overwhelmed, and agitation from the strain was breaking political systems.

Finally the conquests for more land and resources the swelling hordes needed was on again. That didn't stall until the mid 20th century when technology rapidly advanced and allowed comfort, or at least survival, at the population level then. At that time the Euro-cultures discovered birth control pills and their explosive population settled. That allowed them to prosper at an unprecedented level.

Unfortunately, the rest to the world's anachronistic traditions kept them pumping out babies at their usual uncontrolled rate. Worse yet, modern health practices reduced their only real population control: infant mortality. Their populations have zoomed and they now do even worse what cultures like the Irish did over a century ago: impoverish themselves and the world.

That will be resolved soon. The Chinese are doing exactly what their Japanese cousins did a century ago. They are rapidly building their industry and military preparing for the conquest their burgeoning hordes need again. They need to be nuked now before they achieve parity, join "MAD," and can no longer be stopped. It would help to nuke India and the Muslims at the same time because their populations are exploding too. They will just replace the Chinese in devastating all economies and finally conquering the land and resources they must have.

That will never be done because all the Euro-cultures have been turned into complete "wankers(?)" by the insane bigots I note in my sources. Even I would hesitate in the hope that the stupid baby-spewing cultures would soon wake up and stop destroying themselves and many functions of the world with that.When do you think England will get out of the financial crisis?
