Do you remember when Bush had the stock crash in 2001 after 9/11 and everyone was saying it was going to be the next great depression and Bush fixed it in 2 months. Well Obama had a more moderate recession and dragged it out 3 years and made it worse.

It started during the Clinton administration, but the republicans were able to hold it off for six years, until the democrats got elected to congress and they screwed everything up.

It was while the democrats had control of Congress, including Obama in the Senate, starting in 2007. The had authority over all money spent and could pass laws to prevent problems but they didn't.
