The problem with the money markets is the annihilation of the link between monetary value and real, intrinsic value. People should buy shares merely for the financial inducement, i.e. the dividend.

It would be much better to make money depreciate in value, the longer you hold onto it. That would increase Public Spending, and turn Money back into a "Currency"

sure don't I already own three banks as it is. strange I am part owner of these banks and they won't let me open an account if i don't have a payslip. Not likely to get a payslip for a long time either due to the mess they made of the economy either. I figure since they cut my payments by over ten euro a week that means I have so far bought more than a thousand shears since the banks shear price is so low now ;)
