im in the last stages of becoming a border patrol agent but my credit has suffered mightily because of how bad things have gotten for me. now i realize that credit is a big deal and with the construction industry in the toilet what becomes of somebody like me? all i want to do is scratch and claw my way out of this by working hard but there is no place for me to work.Im a business owner who has been hit severely by the financial crisis.I cant find a job without credit checks?

This is a very hard issue for a lot of people right now. I can sympathesize with you. It is very hard to find any work right now. Unfortunately with the economy being the way it is, they are tightening the qualifications so that it does fit with the needs that are needed. All you can do is to be honest with the border agency that your company has been struggling during this time, and therefore your credit rating has taken a direct blow. That is one of the only things that you will be able to do for right now.
