Why doesn't Germany step up to the plate to end the world financial crisis and invade Poland? ?

That was a good idea and it worked for WWI and WWII but will not work for any future WW becasue our country is broken and has lost most of its manufacturing capability not mentioning we have 12 trillion dollars nation deficit on our back.Why doesn't Germany step up to the plate to end the world financial crisis and invade Poland? ?
