How can I get my W-2 from Hollywood Video now that they are closed?

I used to work for Hollywood Video/Game Crazy up until the chain went out of business. You used to be able to go online and get all your tax information along with your pay stubs, but the portal is now down. I know for a fact that Hollywood Video doesn't have an up to date address for me, so how am I supposed to get my W-2? Am I just screwed?How can I get my W-2 from Hollywood Video now that they are closed?You may never get your W-2. You can see if the IRS received the W-2 info, and they can issue a substitute for the missing W-2. Or you could file using a substitute for the W-2 that has the information that you have on your pay and withholding.

this is the link to how you log into the hollywood payroll portal. I used to work for Hollywood and this is how I got mine. To log in you have to use your first initial plus your last name then @hlyw Then I'm not sure of your password. Good luck!

They'll most likely mail W-2's to the last address they have for you.



If you don't get it by 2/15, contact the IRS for help.
