Would you consider taking the Red Line Metro from Long Beach, Ca to the Pantages theater in Hollywood SAFE?

Going to see Wicked and coming home on a Sunday @ 10 pm from Hollywood %26amp; Vine. Would you consider this to be safe for three women at night?Would you consider taking the Red Line Metro from Long Beach, Ca to the Pantages theater in Hollywood SAFE?Melissa is wrong. as you probably know. You can take the train all the way from LB. I would say yes pretty much. 10pm is not that late but - the LB train goes thru some tough areas.Would you consider taking the Red Line Metro from Long Beach, Ca to the Pantages theater in Hollywood SAFE?If you can drive, do so. I saw Wicked at the Pantages earlier in the year. The parking wasn't too bad.

But as far as being safe taking the Metro, you should be ok. All modes/routes of public transportation come with risk. I've taken the Metro plenty of times without incident.

There will be 3 of you, so you're not alone. Keep to yourselves, use common sense, and you should be fine. Keep a small can of pepper spray for reassurance.Would you consider taking the Red Line Metro from Long Beach, Ca to the Pantages theater in Hollywood SAFE?No. I'm a woman and I would never do it. You would first have to take the Blue Line from Long Beach to Downtown, and it's a very sketchy route. I have a female friend who has to take this route for work and she has been verbally assaulted and threatened. It goes through some of LA's worst neighborhoods. Please drive. You will be much safer and the traffic won't be bad since it's a Sunday.Would you consider taking the Red Line Metro from Long Beach, Ca to the Pantages theater in Hollywood SAFE?
I would consider it safe. Just use common sense and have your wits about you, just like you do anywhere else.
