How can I become a Hollywood Actor?

I have a passion for acting in Hollywood or being in movies. I am 13 and want to know how I start to get it going, like what do I do to get my experience moving? Should I take Drama and Speech in school? Also, how do I start becoming an actor and what do I need to do?How can I become a Hollywood Actor?Definitely take drama, you will need lots of training to make it in Hollywood. As far as speech, it's really good to get you used to speaking in front of people, but what the judges are usually looking for tends to be so inorganic, basically the opposite of good acting. Don't confuse the two.

Also, see if there are classes on the weekend or after school that your parents would be willing to sign you up for. (My 13 yr old son loves his acting classes, all the kids are so into it, they learn so much from the teacher and each other. I don't let him work professionally though.) Community centers often have inexpensive classes. After you have experience from classes, you might look into community theater, if you have the time. If not, keep up with the classes.

You can take acting (theater, film and tv) classes in college, and then move on to a career as an actor. It's really best to wait until you are an adult to work, child/teen actors rarely make the transition to adult actor so they usually don't have long careers. And besides, there is too much stress and rejection for a teen, and too many hours going to auditions.

Good luck! How can I become a Hollywood Actor?Yes, take drama and speech in school, and also audition for plays at school and in local community theatre productions. If the opportunity arises, also take voice lessons and at least basic dance and/or movement classes. And if your passion is to be a HOLLYWOOD actor, then make sure that live within , at least, driving distance of Hollywood. How can I become a Hollywood Actor? The best way is to find a good talent agent who will take you on. You will need to get quality Head Shots taken for your agent to submit to casting directors or you can submit them yourself online through casting searches. Backstage West is a good way to see casting calls and they also allow you to create a resume on there site to make submissions easy. There membership fee is very reasonable. Any experience you have is good. Do not let a talent agent charge more than 10 percent or demand you to spend money with them to get Head Shots or training They should only make money if the find you work. It's a tough business so be prepared to put in a lot of time and don't take rejection personally. Good LuckHow can I become a Hollywood Actor?
okay first I think yes you should take Drama. That is how Mitchell Musso (he plays oliver in Hannah Montana) got famous. He was in a school play and a talent scout was there at one of this performances and then he got famous. After a few years of doing drama I don't think speech would hurt :) Just make sure you don't how to pronounce words and you don't stutter when you talk because this will definitely hurt your chances :d

Good Luck!
