What are some free fun things to do in Hollywood?

I want to do somthing for my 15th birthday, and i was thinking about going to hollywood, and maybe santa monica pier, and hollywood. what are some free hollywood things to do?What are some free fun things to do in Hollywood?HAPPY BIRTHDAY!!! Here are my favorite free things to do (some do come with eating expenses)....



**Hollywood Boulevard:



-take snapshots of yourself trying to fit your hands in the cement prints of the stars



-find the stars of your favorite actors



-look up and see you're standing at Kodak Theatre (where the Oscars take place)



-make a freelance actor's day by tipping him for a picture with you (I love the Jack Sparrow character---he looks JUST like Johnny Depp)



-get a star map and find celeb houses with your GPS



-shop in the Hollywood/Highland mall (must go to uWink! second floor. best burger ever)



**Other Hollywood/Beverly Hills/L.A. Landmarks To See:



-Paramount Pictures gate



-Rodeo Drive (where the stars shop but don't fall prey to it yourself. A friend bought a pair of white socks for $68 and I almost slapped her. Violence is never the answer.)



-The Roosevelt Hotel



-Beverly Hills in general (just driving through feels nice and relaxing. so much green!)



-Santa Monica!!! You have to visit the pier and 3rd street promenade. The pier has been seen in many movies and is home to a ferris wheel and mini rollercoaster as well as many nice little shops and Bubba Gumps (seafood/cajun restaurant inspired by Forrest Gumps friend). The promenade is a couple of streets up from the Pier. It's a loooong strip mall with many interesting acts going on down the street. Maybe you'll see a father/son acrobatic duo. Maybe you'll see Chelsea Williams singing her own music with her golden vocal chords. And maybe you'll see the $5 psychic. No matter what, it's always a fun day there.



-Drive up and down Mulholland Drive (great view, great ride)



-Hike the Hollywood hills and take a picture in front of the sign



**Beaches



-Malibu (for cleanliness and pure beach feel)



-Venice (for interesting sights and stories for years to come)



-Santa Monica (read above)

You're in Los Angeles! Find a free screening of something and attend. Walk down the streets and bask in the perfect weather. Tour UCLA or USC. EAT!! You'll find the best sushi here and definitely the best seafood.
