How come Bollywood doesn't give people from other parts of the world the same opportunities as Hollywood?

Bollywood makes about as much movies as Hollywood makes per year....It is that big, why isnt there black or white celebrities in Bollywood?How come Bollywood doesn't give people from other parts of the world the same opportunities as Hollywood?cos hollywood has greater standard than bollywood. Bollywood actors try to cross over to hollywood, like Aishwarya Rai who was a diva of bollywood tried her best to gain some recognition in Hollywood. but famous celebrities like Bret Lee i have heard did work in some of bollywood films or he was offered. i am not so sure about that. And it depends on the ppl as well. People usually dream of making it big in Hollywood. i have heard no one thinking about Bollywood except some indians and pakistanis.

And Bobby D, my dear boy, bollywood is an INDIAN film industry! how come australian step into it!!How come Bollywood doesn't give people from other parts of the world the same opportunities as Hollywood?I thought bollywood was full of australian actors.
